We met incredibly friendly and helpful people during our stay. They provided excellent dinner and sightseeing recommendations. The rooms were spacious and we loved having a kitchen. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including meat. The 12 pm check-out time was a bonus. We were able to book a room last minute and were very satisfied with our stay.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the layout and design of the room was perfect for our needs. The front desk was helpful in getting us directions to all we had to do. The breakfast was one of the best ever and delightful. We had a problem with our bill being paid by the online site we booked through and the staff that notified us of the problem was curteous and helpful in getting things straigtened out.

We love to swim and use a hot jacuzzi. The spa was perfect but the pool was so small and filled with screaming loud children that it was not enjoyable and we had to leave. It would be much better if you had some "adult" time blocked out for 700-800 am and 900-1000 pm so those of us who are older can enjoy what you have.

Excellent location for our trip. We had a prior experience with a major airline mishap and the Residence Inn came to our rescue. The staff gladly helped us with a late check-in and ensured our room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The parking was convenient and the hotel had easy access to the highway. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and accommodating staff.

Hard to know where to start - everything was excellent at this hotel. The location near the mountains was breathtaking, and the convenience of being close to the airport made our trip so much easier. The service from the staff was top-notch, and they paid great attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
